Mark your calendar for Friday, April 26 when the inaugural Arcosanti International Film Carnivale kicks off with films, food, music and much more. In addition to the 20-minute version of Ongtupqa being shown, Clark Tenakhongva, Gary Stroutsos and Matthew Nelson will perform songs from Ongtupqa. They will be joined by Jeffrey Koyiyumptewa (Hopi) and Suyma Tenakhongva (Hopi). This is Arizona’s only film festival dedicated to documentary films, with a special focus on Arizona-based films, native issues, and original music.
